General troubleshooting

If you are unable to claim a voucher using a link you have received, or you are unable to log in to your Evouchers account to view your vouchers, please check the following and then try again:

  • Ensure that you have installed the latest, updated version of the Evouchers app
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Evouchers app
  • Log out and restart your device 
  • Ensure that you are using Google Chrome (if using a web browser)
  • Clear your cache (if using a web browser)

This login link no longer works

Once a voucher has been claimed the link will display the message below.

To view your claimed vouchers simply log in via www.evouchers.com/login. 

Log in link has expired

Email inboxes will often group similar emails into a thread. In order to view the most recent one, you may need to scroll all the way down and click on the three dots to see the message in full.

We suggest deleting any previous redemption and log in emails you received from us so far, before trying to log in again.

Not received log in link

Email inboxes often have spam filters that may sometimes mark legitimate emails as spam, preventing you from receiving the expected magic link emails.

To resolve this, please try the following steps:

  • Access your email through a web browser instead of an email app. Some web versions have a separate "Spam" folder that may not be visible in the app.
  • Check your spam filter options and ensure that the @evouchers.com domain is not blacklisted.
  • If you are using the Mail app, carefully review the settings.

IP address has been blocked

If you are using a VPN, you may not be able to access evouchers.com and see this message instead:

VPNs mask your real IP address and make it appear like you're browsing from a different location. evouchers.com may block IP addresses associated with VPNs to prevent fraud, enforce regional restrictions, or comply with security policies.

To regain access, disable your VPN and refresh the page.
