I can't find the student I am trying to assign the voucher to?

This help article explains what to do if student data is not pulling through, for example you cannot find the pupil you are trying to assign a voucher to.

If your school uses the Wonde connection to populate student/parent details then there might be two reasons as to why the data isn't pulling across. These are outlined below:

Reason  Solution
Whitelisting/Blacklisting enabled  Please edit the settings within your Wonde account.

Students are not marked as FSM eligible in your MIS Please check the data in your MIS or try searching with the FSM filter off.
