Due to the number of smaller and independent energy providers in the UK, as well as biomass and oil suppliers, there is a chance that the card will not process because they are not yet set up to accept them.
If your energy prepaid card is not accepted and you know there are sufficient funds on the card to cover the transaction, then please let the Evouchers support team know as soon as possible.
Evouchers support can be contacted here.
Please note that prepaid energy cards can not be used to purchase oil or biomass fuel from retailers such as Amazon, Ebay or supermarkets.
*Utility Warehouse does not currently accept prepaid cards.
