What are prepaid cards?
The Evouchers prepaid card works in a similar way to a debit card, but with added security, and restrictions capabilities. The prepaid energy card is a quick and secure way to pay household bills and specific goods/services. It's a one-time-use prepaid card intended for use until the balance is depleted, once the card has been used up it cannot be topped up or used again.
All transactions are authorised at the point of payment.
How do I activate my prepaid card?
To activate your card, just follow the prompts on the screen.
Once activated, you can log into your account and view your prepaid card details, balance and transactions.
How do I use my prepaid card?
Log into your account, navigate to your prepaid card in the ‘Vouchers’ section and press the eye icon to reveal your card information.
Use the card information to make payment online or over the phone.
The Evouchers prepaid card is intended for use until the balance is depleted, once the card has been used up it cannot be topped up or used again.
All transactions are authorised at the point of sale.
What do I need to claim a prepaid card?
To claim a prepaid card you must have a mobile number that can receive the one time code to view the card.
What can my prepaid card be used for?
Each prepaid card is restricted to specific merchant categories aligned with its intended purpose

Please note: Prepaid cards can not be used to make purchases from retailers such as Amazon, Ebay or supermarkets.
* Specialist retailers refers to stores that exclusively sell furniture or carpet. Stores such as Ikea/B&Q that sell a broad range of general home goods do not accept prepaid cards.
Are there any limits or restrictions?
There are no limits on the number of prepaid cards that can be issued per recipient.
What age must a recipient be?
Recipients must be over the age of 16 to receive a prepaid card.
When does my prepaid card expire?

How can I view my balance and transactions?
Prepaid cards display a live balance that automatically updates when the card is used.
The transaction history is found below the card details and will display the original card balance and any subsequent transactions.
