What are prepaid cards?

The Evouchers prepaid card works in a similar way to a debit card, but with added security, and restrictions capabilities. The prepaid card is a quick and secure way to pay for carpet and flooring needs. It's a one-time-use prepaid card intended for use until the balance is depleted, once the card has been used up it cannot be topped up or used again. 

All transactions are authorised at the point of payment.

How do I use my prepaid card?

Instantly pay for your carpet and flooring needs online, over the phone or in-store via your Google WalletTM.

Log into your account, navigate to your prepaid card in the ‘Vouchers’ section and simply press the eye icon to reveal your card information to make a payment. 

The Evouchers prepaid card is intended for use until the balance is depleted, once the card has been used up it cannot be topped up or used again. 

All transactions are authorised at the point of sale. 

What do I need to claim a prepaid card?

To claim a prepaid card you must have a mobile number that can receive the one-time code to view the card.

What can my prepaid card be used for?

It can be used with all carpet and flooring retailers, regionally and nationally throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.

Are there any limits or restrictions?

There are no limits on the number of prepaid cards that can be issued per recipient. This card is restricted for carpet and flooring purchases and fitting only. 

What age must a recipient be?

Recipients must be over the age of 16 to receive a prepaid card. 

When does my prepaid card expire?

Please claim a prepaid card as soon as you receive a text or email from Evouchers. 

Once claimed, you will have 12 months to use your card. 

How can I view my balance and transactions?

Prepaid cards display a live balance that automatically updates when the card is used.

The transaction history is found below the card details and will display the original card balance and any subsequent transactions.

I’ve lost my email or text message with my prepaid card link, what do I do?

I have lost my prepaid card

Please contact the Evouchers support team as soon as possible so we can block any activity for you. Evouchers support can be contacted via email at support@evouchers.com or by phone at +44 1638 438427 (Prepaid card specific line). Calls to this number will be directed to the existing support line. 

I have just received a text message from Paynetics 

When you come to spend your funds with your utility provider you will receive a text message from Payentics with an authorisation one-time passcode. You will need to use this one-time passcode to complete your transaction. 

I can’t access my prepaid card within the App?

Please ensure you have updated the software on your phone and updated the latest version of the app. 

I haven't received my one-time passcode.

Please ensure you enter the correct telephone number for your account. If you haven't received a text message with your one-time passcode please contact our support team at support@evouchers.com
