If a recipient does not have access to an email address, does not have a mobile phone, or will not be able to claim the voucher themselves, the voucher can instead be issued to your email address/mobile number and you can claim the voucher on their behalf. 

If the recipient has been issued the voucher to their details but they are unable to claim it themselves, the voucher can still be accessed and either sent separately electronically or printed off and given to the recipient in person. 

Issuing a voucher to your own details

The first page of the application will ask for the recipient's email address and mobile phone number. 

Enter your own email address and phone number.

If a voucher is issued at the end of the application, it will be sent to your details. Follow the steps to claim.

Once claimed, save the voucher as a PDF and send a copy to the recipient separately, or print a copy of the voucher and hand it to the recipient in person. 

Printing a voucher after the application

Step 1 

Open the Application tab and select the application. 

Step 2

Click View voucher link

Step 3

Copy the link and open it in a new tab. 

Step 4

Select the retailer and click Choose retailer.

Step 5

Ensure the recipient is happy with the choice, and then Confirm retailer.

Once the retailer is confirmed, it is subject to the retailer's terms and conditions and cannot be changed. 

Step 6

Click View voucher

Step 7

If prompted, complete a reCAPTCHA.

Once the barcode with barcode number and/or PIN is visible, print the page.
