Search for the recipient using the search bar
Find the application by selecting the Applications tab and searching for the recipient by name.
View the order details to check the status
Select the application and check the status of their voucher.
The different statuses and their definitions can be found below;
1. Queued: The voucher has joined the queue to be sent and will reach the recipient shortly.
2. Delivered: The voucher has been assigned, and the recipient can now choose their retailer.
3. Awaiting retailer choice: The recipient has opened the voucher, but is yet to choose their retailer.
4. Voucher delivered: The retailer has been selected and the voucher delivered.
5. Accessed by recipient: The recipient has accessed the voucher provided.
6. Voucher processing: The recipient has selected their retailer and is now waiting for their voucher to be sent.
7. Undetermined: The voucher has encountered a problem at the buying stage. Attempts will automatically be made to repurchase the voucher; however, if the message displays for longer than 24 hours, let our support team know here.
How to help during each status
1. Queued
- The voucher has not yet been sent, but is in the queue and will reach them shortly. Typically vouchers are received within 1-2 minutes, although during peak periods this can be longer.
2. Delivered
- If the recipient is not receiving the initial message, please check their contact details are correct and contain no errors (such as commas).
- If the contact details are correct, send the link again by clicking Resend.
- If the contact details are incorrect, send the link to the correct details by clicking View voucher link, copying it, and sending it in a separate email to the recipient.
3. Awaiting retailer choice
- The user needs to log into their account via https://evouchers.com/recipient/login and select the retailer.
- If needed, you can send the link again by clicking Resend, or by selecting View voucher link, copying it, and sending it in a separate email to the recipient.
4. Voucher delivered
- The user can log into their account via https://evouchers.com/recipient/login to view the voucher.
- If they are unable to log into their account, you can view the voucher by selecting View voucher link. You can then view the voucher and download it as a PDF, and send it in a separate email or print it as a paper copy.
5. Accessed by recipient
- The user can log into their account via https://evouchers.com/recipient/login to view the voucher.
- If they are unable to log into their account, you can view the voucher by selecting View voucher link. You can then view the voucher and download it as a PDF, and send it in a separate email or print it as a paper copy.
6. Voucher processing
- If showing voucher processing, this means that the voucher is waiting to be purchased and sent to the recipient. This can take between 6-12 hours, the recipient will be notified once this is available. Once available, the status will change to 'Voucher delivered' and the recipient can log in to view the voucher.

7. Undetermined
- If the status shows as undetermined, the voucher has encountered a problem at the purchasing stage, after the recipient has selected their retailer. This will automatically be tried again and once successful the voucher will display as normal.

Login link no longer works
If a user is seeing the screen below, the link they are accessing has now expired.
Please ask them to delete any old login emails. Then log in again by entering their email address or mobile number.
There has been a problem with your voucher
If the recipient is unable to view their voucher as the error screen below is showing, please contact us here with the following information so we can investigate further;
- Order reference number
- User/Recipient name
- User/Recipient's email address/mobile number
