Postal Services Branches

For paying at a postal service branch, you need to add your card to your Apple or Google Wallet beforehand.

Once added, visit your Postal services branch and top up your meter as normal, paying with your prepaid card stored in your Google or Apple Wallet.

When visiting a post service branch, please remember to bring your smart meter code, top-up card or prepayment key so that the member of staff can add the funds to your energy account.
