What do I need to claim a Pin4 Cash?
You must have a working phone that can receive text messages.
When does my Pin4 Cash expire?
Please claim the Pin4 Cash as soon as you receive a text or email from Evouchers.
Once claimed, you will have 90 days to use the voucher. The exact date will be in your text message.
I’ve lost my text message with my order number. What do I do?
Please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can investigate and resend you the information you need to get started. Evouchers support can be contacted by raising a support ticket.
Why have I not received a text with my order number?
If an incorrect mobile number is entered, the mobile number cannot be changed and the text message will not be received. While we can resend the text message if required, it can only be sent to the same number that was entered during the redemption process.
