If you are issued a Direct to Bank Transfer, follow the steps below and the value of the voucher will be deposited into your bank account.
In order to claim, you will need online banking on your mobile device.
Step 1
Login to your Evouchers account and select the voucher.
Step 2
Click Choose retailer.
Step 3
Enter your details and press Activate.
Ensure these details are accurate, they are required to verify your bank account for payment.
Step 4
Select Click to start transfer.
Step 5
Select Pay into my bank account.
Step 6
Select your bank account provider.
Step 7
Read the data protection information and press Continue.
Step 8
You will now be taken to your mobile banking app to complete the payment.
Follow the steps as instructed.
Step 9
Once done, confirm the details are correct and press ok.
Step 10
The process is now complete and the payment will arrive in your bank account within one business day.
