Enabling 2FA using Google Chrome extension

Using a Google Chrome extension will enable you to use two factor authentication without needing a second device. 

We always recommend seeking guidance for your IT team and/or Senior leadership before installing any extensions or software.  

Step 1

Using Google Chrome, open this link and click Add to Chrome.

Step 2

Click Add extension.

Step 3

The extension will now be added, click the puzzle piece next to the search bar and pin the Authenticator to your browser.

Step 4

Login to evouchers.com. If 2FA is not already set up you will be prompted to do so.

If you have already set it up and wish to change it to this method, navigate to your account settings and click Change under 2FA settings.

Step 5

Choose Authenticator apps.

Step 6

You will now be asked to scan the QR code. You do not need a camera to do this.

Open the authenticator extension and select the symbol to add a new code.

Step 7

Click and drag a square over the QR code.

Step 8

Once the code is scanned, it will be saved in your extension. Enter the code and click Enable two-factor.

2FA codes automatically refresh every 30 seconds.

Step 9

Now 2FA is enabled, you will be required to enter the code every time you log in.
