What is Pin4?

Pin4 Cash is a secure cardless ATM withdrawal service that enables organisations to send cash directly to a recipient via a mobile phone. Recipients can withdraw the funds immediately from thousands of participating ATMs without needing a debit card or even a bank account.

How do recipients redeem Pin4 Cash?

Recipient redemption process

Are there any limits or restrictions?

  • Must be in £10 increments
  • The recipient must have access to a phone that can receive text messages
  • The recipient must be able to travel to a participating Pin4 Cash ATM  - Pin4 ATM Locator

When do the Pin4 Cash vouchers expire?

Once a Pin4 voucher has been redeemed, a text message is sent with a code to enter into the ATM to receive the money. This code in the text message has a 90-day expiry. Once the 90 days has passed, we are unable to receive review code

Withdrawals

The full balance must be withdrawn at the ATM in one transaction

Can the organisation issuing the Pin4 Cash review the recipient's Pin4 Cash details?

For security reasons, organisations cannot view the unique withdrawal code required to access cash at the ATM. If a recipient needs assistance obtaining their code, please advise them to raise a support ticket with our support team.

Ensuring mobile details are correct

As part of the Pin4 Cash redemption process, recipients are required to enter their mobile phone number twice and confirm that the details are correct. This step is essential, as the withdrawal code will be sent to the mobile number provided.

If an incorrect mobile number is entered, the text message will not be received, and the mobile number cannot be changed once the redemption has been completed. While we can resend the text message if required, it can only be sent to the same mobile number that was entered during the redemption process.
