What do recipients need to claim a Direct to Bank Transfer?

To claim a Direct to Bank Transfer recipients must have online banking on the mobile device they are claiming the voucher on. 

The voucher cannot be claimed by manually typing in bank account details.

Are there any limits or restrictions?

There are no limits on the number of Direct to Bank Transfers that can be issued to an individual. Each Direct to Bank Transfer has a minimum and maximum value.

When do the Direct to Bank Transfers expire?

The recipient has 3 months from the day they are sent the Direct to Bank Transfer to claim it and deposit the funds into their account. 

 

Can I claim a recipient's Direct to Bank Transfer and do it on their behalf?

No, the funds must be sent and claimed by the recipient themselves, using the device that is linked to their mobile banking.
