Pay by Balance is set to go live October 2025.
New payment method
There will soon be a new option when placing orders called Pay by Balance.
This new feature allows you to draw directly from your balance when placing orders, and the vouchers will be ready to be assigned straight away.
What is Pay by Balance?
Pay by Balance will allow you to upload funds to your account in advance, and then use this balance to pay for any future orders you place. No need to wait for your invoice to process, you’ll be able to send your vouchers in minutes.
How to upload a Balance?
To add to your balance, contact your account manager or email support@evouchers.com.
What will happen to my current float?
If you already have a float, it will be updated to be your new balance. Your transaction history and totals will be unchanged.
When making payment, instead of selecting pay by invoice, select pay by balance. Your vouchers will be available immediately.
Important
If you place orders that are funded directly by the local authority, please place these orders as usual.
You will be shown your live balance at the payment stage, and when an order is placed, the remaining balance will be automatically updated.
If you have a balance, simply click pay by balance at the payment stage.
If you do not have a balance, or wish to pay by invoice instead, simply choose pay by invoice.
