Step 1
Select the option at the top of your screen to create your order.
Step 2
Select your local authorities HAF name as the voucher type and click 'Next step'.
Step 3
Enter the quantity of vouchers you would like to order
Then click 'Next Step'.
Step 4
Select Voucher type, as your local authorities HAF programme
Then check over the details in your summary page to add to cart
Step 5
Select your local authority are paying for these vouchers. Follow the steps in this article
Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions and our privacy policy. Then select Pay by invoice.
Step 6
Your order is now placed. Click on the three dots at the end of the order you wish to assign vouchers in and click 'Assign vouchers'.
Step 7
Select the students you wish to assign. You also have the option to select all students or use the filters to select students by year group or class.
Step 8
Click 'Assign vouchers' and then select either 'Send now' or 'Send later'.
Step 9
If 'Send now' is selected, you will then be taken back to the order page. If you select 'Send later' you will have additional steps to complete, please click here to be taken through the process.
Step 10
If you scroll down, each assigned parent will show as 'Sending'.
Once sent, they will show as 'Delivered'.
