How to resend a HAF voucher

This article explains how to resend a HAF voucher on the Evouchers platform.

Step 1

Click on the three dots at the end of the order you wish to resend a voucher in. Click 'View order details'.

Step 2

Click 'Resend' on the voucher you wish to resend.

Please note: If this button does not display then the parent has accessed the voucher link and so it is no longer able to be unassigned.
