I have received the letter but there is no voucher

If you have received a letter from us, please look out for the QR code, like the one below - this is your voucher. 


To redeem your voucher you can either: 

1. Take the letter containing the QR code in to any participating retailer or

2. Transfer the voucher to our Evouchers Mobile app to show in a participating retailer. 


The retailer will scan the QR code and enter the amount you are redeeming which will be immediately deducted from the voucher.

If your voucher has been lost or is missing, please contact us at support@evouchers.com and include the following information: 

  • Full name 
  • Full Address
  • Utility bill as proof of address
  • Contact details (email and telephone number) 

We will get back to you as soon as possible, and resend your voucher to you.
