Step 1
Visit https://retailers.evouchers.com/login
Step 2
Enter your email address and click on the Send login link button. You’ll immediately be sent an email, click on the link in the email and you’ll be logged straight into your account!
Step 3
Click Transactions, then Voucher transactions
Step 4
Here you will see a list of all your voucher transactions
Step 5
Find the transaction you wish to refund, and then click on the three dots on the right hand side, then click Refund transaction
Step 6
Enter a note with your refund if required and then click Refund transaction
The refund has now been processed, and the funds will go back on the customers voucher.
