This help article explains what to do if student data is not pulling through, for example you cannot find the pupil you are trying to assign a voucher to.
If your school uses the Wonde connection to populate student/parent details then there might be two reasons as to why the data isn't pulling across. These are outlined below:
|Whitelisting/Blacklisting enabled||Please edit the settings within your Wonde account.
